For a few minutes (try to aim for between 3 and 4 minutes) before your morning shower grab your brush.
Beginning at the toes, work upwards on the legs in long, firm strokes, working towards the back of thighs and bum.
Brush the stomach in an anti-clockwise movement and continue up the arms towards the chest.
Ensure brush strokes are gentle and should never break the skin.
To clean the body brush, make sure the brush is not fully submerged in water. You can spray the bristles with an antiseptic or alcohol spray or a wipe after use and then place the brush bristles side down on a clean towel to dry the bristles and pull any dead skin cells away from the bristles and the wood base.
