1. General Manager (Based in Sligo Head Office)

The Role 

VOYA is looking for a dynamic General Manager for our head office in Co. Sligo, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be a strong visionary leader to manage maximum efficiency, service, and profitability for the organization. They will oversee operations, related to the manufacture and distribution of goods in Production, Accounts, Warehousing, Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Administrative. They should have a proven track record of people management, strong business acumen, and several years of financial management in previous roles

The General Manager will become part of the Senior Management team and will report directly to the CEO and Founder of VOYA.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Business degree or similar.

Desired Qualifications

  • A financial qualification would be advantageous.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in Management in the Manufacturing Industry.

Essential Skills 

  • Budget Management.
  • Cost analysis and knowledge of P&L Management.
  • Data analysis on internal and external business metrics.
  • People management and performance management.
  • Strong strategic forecasting, planning and development experience.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Previous knowledge of global logistics.

The Ideal Candidate Must

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be analytical with a strong attention to detail.
  • Be a people person who can work within a small SME and have a strong ability to bring the best out in their team.

2. Spa Business Development Manager (USA)

The Role

To oversee key Corporate B2B relationships and franchise partners alongside being very proactive in increasing new business across the US territory. Maintaining their financial growth on same spa/store sales growth. Identifying opportunities to increase profitability. Maintaining excellent customer service levels and increasing VOYA's market share within the US.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Esthetician or Body Massage Spa Qualification.

Desired Qualifications

  • Sales/Business management or similar.
  • Face & body therapist is desirable. 

Essential Experience

3 years in a similar role within the luxury Spa industry.

Essential Skills

  • Analytical skills on sales reports and performance.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Excellent word Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Wide knowledge on competitive, and industry benchmarking with research capability.

The Ideal Candidate Must

  • Be able to work on own initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Be a creative thinker.
  • Be highly organised and strategic.
  • Have commercial understanding of the ROI cycle.
  • Have strength in networking and building relationships.
